Sounds good - has anybody had any dealings with this?

They say:

But then I read on and I'm not 100% sure what I'm getting. Is it just me?

From the advertising write-up of this product I can't work out if it is a work of genius or just a can of fancy roughing spray.
Obviously it is more than just ordinary roughing spray but how much more I really don't know though I'm sure time will tell.

Sounds like a spray that achieves the R and S principal but uses onle a single key card.

I wonfer if the spray can cure baldness, help with bad breath, and help me make friends?

Nico, you did a great job, yes, the first teaser video doesn´t show much, but the second one after registration will show MUCH more. And Saysold, you are absolutely right, it is some spray that will only be applied to a single card, the rest of the deck can be a borrowed one. Real magicians`s fooler.

The can will last your life as a magician I would say, as this is a huge 400 ml / 11oz. spray can good for hundreds of effects! Regarding this it is REALLY a steal.

The whole formula was developed here in Germany together with a chemical expert, we were lucky enough to get a small batch ready for Vegas, as Magic Live is very important for me. The big production will be ready beginning of September, you will see that the cost for this tool is NOTHING compared to what you get.

All the big names here in Germany, who had the chance to play around with Science Friction during the last few months, are extremely excited, and so are we. Do the 'Special printed gaffed cards in Poker and Parlour size' come in Bicycle design?

WoW!!! What a reaction so far. I am really glad and soooo... excited about this new product. I hope I will meet a lot of you guys in Vegas, where we can play with the Science Friction Spray together. Seriously: you will get several trick cards with it. Some will be compatible with any serious - non-fancy - deck, like Phoenix, Bicycle, Mandolin, Tally-Ho etc. as they only are a special double facer. But you also get double backers. All in Poker and Parlour size, surely with Phoenix backs.

(BTW, since the first of August, the Phoenix Deck is the only FISM recognised deck in the world, stating that it is of the highest class. No other deck ever got this status, nor will it get in the near future! As a professional violinist, do you think of a cheap everyday violin, or do you think of the Stradivari? The same is true for professional magicians, we all know how the Bicycle quality varies with every deck you get.)

Absolutely! The videos don't show the secret at all and the stuff on the member area of the website isn't very helpfull, too. Considering this statement and the price of the product Card-Shark should really explain how the spray works and what it does as - in contrast to other magic props - you don't buy a secret but just a (perhaps revolutionary) product. So please just put a video online which shows how it is used, what it does and how it works and do not just create a hype.

So what exactly don´t you understand or what additional info do you want? The whole set comes with 3 hrs of DVD material explaining every single detail, it is impossible to explain EVERY little detail.

We really say:
It is a spray.
You spray it on single cards.
Effect like the ones in the demo video (without fancy cutting) are possible.
You don´t have to treat all cards. You get special spraying templates with it.

Some basic understanding in magic can be regarded as certain, or not? What else do you want to know?!
We are not talking about a set of tricks (that come with the set to get started), we are talking about a newly developed spray, manufactured in Germany. It will allow you to come up with your own ideas and effects, will allow to simplify your sleights. Depending on your magical knowledge, it can be a good item or a GREAT item. This is up to you to find out.
