Was wondering if anyone here is from New Zealand and subscribe to Genii?
Reason is that I have had major problems with getting my copy of Genii. So far I think only one issue from Jan to May 2011 (one out of five) arrived. Rest have gone missing. Genii had to resend four copies.
The Genii subscription people (I have been corresponding with a Margret) have been wonderfully patient in having to re-send my missing copies. Clearly excellent sales / service department. BUT it is getting embarrassing for me to keep bringing up the matter of missing copies.
So just wondering if there are any NZ subscribers ... and if yes, are you experiencing any such problems?

I have had similar problems
At least 2 replacement copies out of last 5
Margaret very helpful
It's odd because never have a problem with Magic Magazine

Thanks. Good to know I am not alone ... I think ....:-(
And I too have no problem with other mail from US including magic orders and Linking Ring.
