Mega'Wave came out in 2010 so wouldn't qualify based on the category "best packet tricks of 2011." How about B'rainiac from Triabolical? That's another Bannon effect that's really nice. You can see it in the first demo under the review.

The "Bullet Party" effect from the Bullet Party DVD set is a really great packet effect. We're big fans of Bannon's work and this whole set is full of great card material.
