Does anybody have any more information on these two items?

The products are Andy Nyman's Warlock & The Big Reaction. I see both items are due out before the end of the year.

Would be very interested to know if The Big reaction is a new dvd set or is it an effect.

There was a flyer from alakazam in my last purchase but it didn't give much away TBH.

I made a big reaction deck myself (using bulletproof) so probably won't get that....

I'd like more details on these effects too please. The site doesn't give much away in terms of a description.

I was all excited about this trick until I saw what it might be. The site says it is based on the lucky card and this is what I found on Youtube. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GmRXJFFkA2w Im not too sure about it now.

Maybe that's why there are few actual details about the effect. It seems to be relying on Andy Nyman's name to sell.

Have to admit that the Alakazam review on YouTube was very disappointing. Just 10 minutes of absolute waffle and rhetoric; reminiscent of the current British Government - in other words 'lots of hype.......then subsequently followed up with no bloody action!'

Sounds nice but you don't know what it is?

Bloody hell - despite the recession, I was wondering why no magic dealers had gone under! Smile

In the video demo Peter mentions that Warlock is a great trick to just keep in your everyday wallet.

However, it is also mentioned that you need a dictionary.

Confused...

I got both , saw Andy do them at a Leture, with big reation you are right
With Warlock what seems to be missed its kinda like a book test hence the dictionary, it has a couple of phases with a nice finish,( guess that's not saying to much?)
Over all as all of Andys stuff when you see the method you hit your head with the simplicity of it!!! It's good I like warlock and will be using it my self, with my own patter though!!

Just received warlock and on a quick viewing I'd say this is gonna get lots of use! The simplicity of it is brilliant.

With 'Warlock' do you have to use the dictionary? do you feel this strengthens the effect?

You don't have to use the dictionary and the method is very adaptable to other presentations and final reveals.

I'm thinking of using important dates in history on the cards and having the final prediction in a diary filled with the different events throughout history .
A small diary doesn't use much pocket space which is why I'm playing with the idea. Just a thought to illustrate that it doesn't have to be a dictionary.

All the best

Nice and very interactive.
BTW, it's like watching Derren performing; there is an obvious influence between these guys which is normal if someone considers how many projects they have been into together.

Has anybody been using Big Reaction out in the real world?
I was wondering mainly about reset and repeatability.

I am happy sticking with my "Lucky Cards" version. Don`t want to splash out just for a `tailored` version, of something, that when I use it, gets excellent reactions.
