One option is Mathematical Wizardry by Harry Lorraine. It has 21 pages on Magic Squares, including how to actually make them on the fly without basing it on a memorized template.

Do you mean method(s) or presentations?

Best presentation I've seen is in Mind & Magic of David Berglas. Expensive book, but worth it for the ideas.

@Mike: Sorry. I did not see your question until now. Harry Loraine deals mainly with methods and not so much with presentations in this book

Doug Dyment covers magic squares thoroughly in his books Mindsights, Stimulacra, and Idiopraxis. Great concepts, details and executions are provided.

Werner Miller has a great series of books on various approaches to magic squares in his "E-Z Square" series of books::

I've reviewed each of the books as they came out:

I think you might like Roy Jonhson's version of Magic Square called Flash Square from his book Pure Gold. I love the way it combains magic square principle with Out to Lunch principle. Highly recommended.

cheers

In "The Magic Book" Harry Lorayne explains method and presentation quite well. You can also goggle and see the video of him performing his routine exactly as explained in the book.
