Hey, do you have to join the IBM first before IBM Youth or are they 2 different programs, is there an IBM Youth in IBM ring 102 NSW AUstralia

Hugh, we've checked with the National office and apparently IBM Ring 102 has not checked in for a couple of years. This probably means the Ring is inactive. We're trying to reach a few of the known members for you. Hang in there.
