...I have a mini super sharpie and I simply open it up and cut another ink tube down to size and insert it into the mini supersharpie. Simples!

But what about replacing the gimmick?

Doesn't the gimmick sort of refill when you dip it in ink over an amount of time. Or have you lost the gimmick?

You can just replace the Ink well from another sharpie into the super sharpie. I love mine

Try Tacky Wax. Not sure if it's available worldwide or not though.

Regular white mounting putty like fun-tack works for me. It's not remotely tacky enough as it is, but you sorta poke it with a Sharpie and massage it until it eventually turns black. The blacker it gets, the tackier it gets. Chris suggests only darkening it to "gunmetal gray," but I go all the way to black, myself.

On the new DVD Smith teaches how to change out the insides and refill the pen and ink. I carry my Super Sharpie everywhere these days. Smile

New Sharpies have an ink barrel that is too short to work in the full-size Super Sharpies. Does anyone have a solution for this?
