For those of you who have used them in the past, just a fair warning, there are a few blogs that mention orders not being received lately. I place two orders in December, was billed for both of them (plus a mysterious $4.77 charge, and still have not received anything.

I've sent 4 emails to ahbanner.com over the course of two months and haven't received anything back. They're credit card processor also sent them a message to which they haven't responded.

Just a heads up, you may want to look somewhere else for your banner needs.

I've used them before, with no problems, but I appreciate the heads up, dearwiseone. I noticed in the last couple months the local places, and the chains (Staples, Office Max/Depot are all selling banners for about the same price, just a bit higher. And they're the same quality as the ones from Ahbanner. I may try one and see how it goes. At least if something goes wrong, and experience tells me it could, I'll have someone local to take the retractable part to.

Hope all is smooth with the credit card company on your behalf.

Heading up to Portland and Seattle in July for a couple shows. I'm excited to see your part of the country again, haven't been there 20 yrs.

Thanks for the heads up. I am planning on getting some banners done soon and was looking at ahbanners. Any other suggestions?

Kevin -

Did your problem ever get resolved?

I'm just asking, because people are discussing them on another thread just now.

Sorry to everyone, my update was posted on another thread that was going on. (see Donald's link).

In the end, their credit card processor said ahbanner wasn't responding to their emails and wasn't answering their calls. So, after a few weeks, they refunded by money.

After 7 emails attempts to ahbanner, they never responded.

I highly recommend doing business with someone else, I know there are several places online that do banner printing, I'd go with one of them.

Thanks,
Kevin

I HIGHLY recommend Performers Print Shop. I've had nothing but excellent service from Jay. The quality and turn around of their work is fantastic.

I just sent an email to sales@ahbanner.com and it bounced back saying that their inbox was full. I'd take that as a pretty strong indication that they're no longer operating.

If in the USA
Right now until June 30th 2012 Staples is offering their "large" banner for $19.99 (normally $59.99) 6'x 2.5' They have a banner stand at $39.99 that the say works with their banners. It clips in. Looks light duty but hard to tell . Not sure the total price is the best however it is lower than most. I might be missing some details since I havenot fully researched it but it seems the speical price for the size is good and you will have the backing of a local company if there was an issue.

Anyone see the quality from Staples?
