If you are a member of the S.A.M. and want to know what is going on, (conventions, meeting locations and times etc)meet your National Officers ,meet other members, share news, stories or just anything, you should definitely check out the S.A.M. I will not be joining this page as I am blocked from accessing it. Several friends of mine who are in Parent Assembly share the same problem.

The Facebook page is great. It has over 500 members and growing. It is bringing a lot of magicians together. Those that were against the page from it's conception have been proven wrong once again.

Hi Guys...I am one of the three administrators of the S.A.M. Compeers page (https://www.facebook.com/groups/SAMcompeers/). We have no pending requests and we usually get to requests within 48 hours or so. Actually, usually it takes a lot less time to check your name on the S.A.M. Membership roster and approve you to the site but I say 48 hours or so because we all perform full time and aren't just waiting for someone to request to join the page.
Since you are using pseudonyms here on The Café I don't know who you really on Facebook and I don't know if you have really requested to join or whether or not I have approved you. There were some glitches with Facebook early on but it seems like we have worked through them now.
If you want to send me a personal message and tell me who you really are, I will check to see if there is a problem that I can correct. I'm looking forward to seeing you on the S.A.M. Compeers Pge.
