It's from the State Library of Victoria (Australia). How did I find that out? Right click on the photo and look for the properties. That will tell you the address of the image. The first part of that information goes to the Library's front page: http://www.slv.vic.gov.au Then you can do a search for De Yip Loo for the photo and information about him. Do a search for "magician" and you'll find a lot of old photos of magicians who appeared in Australia at some time in the past, plus their collection of books, posters and so on.

Wish I could be there. Did you ever perform with your father? If so, I think I saw you both in Canada about 1986 or so?? Very funny set.

Like I said, sure wish I could be there. Good luck.

Spellbinder, I knew how to find out how where the photos was,
but I couldn't find it in the search as to who's
collection it came from. That was more of what I searching
for. I did figure out who's collection it came from it
because an online library has to get the collection from
someone. So it's actually a featured online collection
at this moment.

Yes I did Tom.
I was 10 days old when I first my stage appearance.
I was 3 years when my father built miniature illusions for me to perform.
He created a unique Screen Production and the World's Smallest Temple of Benares.

The summer of 1986 we spent about 3 months in Bracebridge, Ont
at Santa's Village with Oopsy the Clown. I believe we ended up
working in Kitchener and Windsor at Burlington Mall(also with
Oopsy) as we worked our way home.

So it's definitely possible.

I have videos online to jog your memory if you haven't seen them yet.
