Just cut almost 1000 words out of my 60-minute show script! Same magic, less explaining. That took about 3 months of editing. I'm very pleased...

My wife is wonderful and helpful in my re-writing routines.
The latest is a coin routine based on the Olympics. She is especially helpful when I get into run-on sentences and things that repeat. Things that repeat, don't always add value. So we deleted things that repeat. Took us 20 minutes, I am pleased. The bit is only 2 minutes and 23 seconds long. Harris laughologist and nearly normal reader and righter

My wife, the english wiz, is also a great editor. But, I rarely let her look at my magic script because she thinks a lot of it is silly. Maybe I should employ her services more.
