I've just finished reading "Anatomy of a Show" by Reg Blackwood and once again Reg released something of great value.
I found the book very easy to follow along. It has a "script-like" style that helps the reader to follow along but there's also expalantions in between when it's necessary. Another thumbs up for the photographs that help the reader understand and remember (in case they had watched the video) what's happening at every phase (where you are, where's the volunteer, how you're interacting with him/her, etc). I had already bought Streetnosis from Reg and although the content of Streetnosis includes what's in the book and so much more, Reg was able to create a manual that sums up in one place the scripts he uses for every part of his show. As if that was not enough, Reg also provides a 1 hour length video with clips from several of his shows and there you can see how he delivers everything that is explained in the book, how he handles the audience and how he frames the whole performance, an invaluable addition in my opinion. Terrific stuff! One advice: Watch the video first, then read the book and after you've finished watch the video again Edit: Almost forgot the link! http://streetnosis.com/wp/?page_id=1041 |

Ah thank you. So glad you saw exactly what I was trying to achieve with this.
I should just mention, for buyers who don't already own Streetnosis, there's a limited time offer where you can get the cost of the ebook discounted from the entire course. |

Just made this available through Lybrary too (minus the video.)
