Hey Folks,

I’m planning a routine and need some help! I’m going to use a blue back deck of cards and force a single red back card on the spectator and have it signed. I would like to use the signed forced card and preform some effects with it (maybe some type of ambitious card routine). After I’ve completed some magic with the signed card, I would like to be able to show the back of their signed card is red.

Can anyone think of some routines or material that could accomplish this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks
Bryn Williams

Check out kostya kimlat's "ambitious ego". It is in his excellent lecture notes "Card Work, Card Play".

Patrick Kun's Mirror Force is an excellent force that let's you hide the back of the card and control it to the bottom of the deck. He also includes a Dream Card effect on the video.

Your Party Animal routine from brainstorm Vol. 2 is also worth mentioning. Such a great routine, I use it constantly.

Why not do red hot momma and have them sign the back of the card before setting it aside?
