Can the audience examine the deck before and/or after?

100% yes! The effects with cards can be done with a borrowed deck

I'm so sad, why people answer to someone's fishing for how it works!
Don't forget we're on a public forum!

1. I am quoting someone who has written in another thread: "Parmenion, You are the most stupid troll I have ever seen on this forum." And I agree with him!
2. You do not distinguish between "fishing" and "searching for legitimate information that is MISSING in the advertisement".

I think that this item is excellent, however it does not fit EVERYONE's style, and therefore it is good that we have this forum in order to change ideas before purchasing. NOT in order to expose secrets.

In answer to a couple of people's questions.

This does not use loops.
Nothing is attached to the hands.
Everything can be examined before and after.

Tom, the tricks on the trailer look really good. People would be freaked out by them, for sure!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KqoqPMtn4Y0

Possession - A haunted and animated deck demonstrated in total isolation. The deck cuts to the chosen card prior to their selection jumping into their own hands.

Dead Rising - Tom's own version of the rising cards. The spectator's card rises from a shuffled deck that they hold onto, isolated inside a wine glass. ??

Telekinetic Note - A borrowed note rises inside an examined pint glass. Unbelievably, it then flys out into your waiting hand before everything is examined.

The Gift - A spectator's note flys from their hand to yours.

Actually, if one being strict with definitions, the answer is no in both cases.

You wouldn't be able to perform Tom's effects using either of these.

Therefore ignore Don's answer. It's incorrect.

I just received Kinetic and watched it immediatly. I have to say: Awesome Stuff!!!

The Routines explained work exactly as you see them on the Trailer.

I love the Idea, that your Hands are totally Free before and after the Effects.

I worked out most of the Routines in no Time. That means, that after watchin the DVD
I was instantly able to do Possession (Haunted Deck), Dead Rising (A wonderful rising Card out of a Wine Glass),
Telekinetic Note (An extremely Strong Effect, where a borrowed Note rises, isolated, inside a Glass and finally,
at your Command, flies out of the Glass into your waiting Hand. Instantly Clean as well. The Gift (A borrowed Note flys from their Hand to yours. Boom, instantly clean.

All Effects on the DVD can be done with borrowed Objects!

Huge Compliment Tom for this wonderful DVD and Routines. I'm definetly sure, that some of them will
go directly into my Repertoire!

Hey sorry to disturb but I've looking for a lévitation trick and I finally found Kinetic. But I also discovered Horizon. SO my dilemna is wether to choose Kinetic or Horizon (by Matthew Wright) knowing that I'm 14 and I usually perform to my friend at school and they tend to be pretty curious so I wanted to know which one was more suitable for close-up and provide easy clean-up ? And is It possible to perform Kinetic effects without a glass ?

Good questions Enigmatum.

And no need to apologise.

I own both, so am well qualified to answer.

For the performing scenario you describe I would recommend Kinetic.

Horizon is best performed in a more controlled environment.

You do not need to use a glass to perform all the effects on the Kinetic DVD.

Hope that helps your decision making process.

If you still have questions then post here and I'll do my best to answer again.

I personally did not like Horizon, but I only have fantastic things to say for Kinetic (except the fragile placement issue).
