Some time ago I bought Richard Sanders "Extreme Burn 2.0" and have enjoyed using the effect.

My preferred bill switch is $1 to $5 and I have various stories surrounding the switch.

My dilemma is, I want to create some other switches eg Lottery tickets to $10 and would be grateful if anyone can tell me where or how I can obtain the "shim" used with this effect.

You can try posting you question in "Paper Money Madness" or (better yet) wait till after you've had 50 posts in the Magic fora (not "New Arrivals" or "Not Very Magical, Still..") and post your question in "Secret Sessions" where they are more able to discuss the secrets since it is not an open forum to the public.

Bottom line, you can buy Extreme Burn again, new or used.
