Since I am especially interested in historical magic (working acts from the 18th, 19th and the beginning 20th century) I was very pleased about the offers of The Miracle Factory (www.miraclefactory.net).
I ordered some CDs with PDF-files of historical books but after three months I start to doubt that I will receive the goods already paid. Different emails to the owner have not even been answered. Does anybody know something about this company? |

It has always been an extremely reputable company.
The order process has sometimes been quite efficient. Sometimes not. But it has always worked out well for me. I don't know how it was sent to you in Germany or how long to expect it to take. But 3 months does seem like a long time. Todd has listed a phone number on his discussions on the Café previously. You could try calling (which of course you shouldn't have to be doing). I also had this type of problem but in the end I got everything. My order was also delaided like 3 months.

Sigmagier: Try writing me at toddkarr@aol.com. I don't see any emails from you in my inbox, but it may be going to the spam folder as sometimes happens. Promise to take care of you and your order asap.
To everyone else here: Thanks for your support and business, despite the challenges of being a one-man company with ambitious projects. I no longer offer phone service, but I answer emails as quickly as possible at toddkarr@aol.com. I don't often post here, but please feel free to write me. |
