I don't post much here, but I'm sure the folks from Penguin etc. could confirm how much I've purchased over the last 2 years or so, as I've been steadliy getting back into the field! (Please don't - ha!). I have been really impressed with the dealers tht I have bought stuff from - all the way from Rick at Outlaw, the Cardshark folks, UYD to my main 'go to' - Penguin. I don't think I have had a better experence with a group of retailers over the years...
Recently, I made a purchase at HocusPocus (product will remain unnamed...), but I was not happy with the quality of it - nothing to do with HP. Called and emailed Paul and he offered to exchange, refund whatever...I took him up on it and wanted to exchange it for a similar effect that was $20 more expensive. He offered to make the exchange straight up and call it even! And, he didn't make me even go through the process of returning the the first trick! As I peruse the Café, in my humble opinion, there is frequently too much bickering and negativity, but I thought I would share this very positive experience. Everyone that I have purchased products from has gone out of their way to be helpful - my thanks to Paul and the folks at HP. ryan |

That's awesome, Hocus Pocus has been one of my favorite retailers, I usually go with them or Penguin.
By the way, has anyone been receiving any emails from Hocus Pocus lately? It's been a while since I've seen one from them. |

I agree, Paul and the Hocus pocus bunch are great.
I was sent a hot new items list from them about an hour ago. I usually get a new list about every other day from them. Bob. |

I agree, Hocus Pocus is a first class store. If you really want to be impressed, take their visual tour of the store, available on the first page. If I was a billionaire....

Hello,
I recently just got back into magic after a 2 year break. I have used several different companies to order from since my re-enrty. I have to say that so far Hocus Pocus has been my number one choice. They have a great selection, super fast delivery and I have found them very helpful when I have called to place an order. I have spoken to Paul the owner on a few occasions and he even sent me to another dealer for a product that they did not carry. That is something that you just don't see every day. I will continue to shop with them and recommend them highly. Max Ward |

Absolutly the best online store! Just to jump start this thread Again. Paul and his family have done what most online stores can't or fail to do is connect with their customers on a personal level. Countless times in the last ten years Paul has given me advice on what would be good for me as a performer and what would Not. Paul and his team have directly takin an interests with who is buying from them. They really do learn your personality and make very great recommendations on that. Most online shops, you can expect good service but with hocus-Pocus you get outstanding service. They are always updated with what's hot in magic/mentalism, prices are extremely fair. Always are be presented with sales. Free membership which gives you discounts on some itmes that most of the time You end up getting 40-60 percent off. If you what to buy from people who care about what they are offering the magic Community and have unparalleled service then
Try your next order with hocus-Pocus.com (The bellow link shows you how much you can save on items) 1-800 407-4040 Hocus-Pocus.com https://www.facebook.com/permalink.php?s......09353570
