I've looked online for info about R Shane. I've seen earlier threads that spoke of health issues.
Just curious, is there anything written about him? - the person, the performer? Video? For such a magnum opus of wonderful dark routines, I was surprised to find so little on the man himself. I'm guessing he might prefer it that way? |

Not to be a downer but I was very upset when Shane put out Pentalogy. Having bought individually first 3 volumes of the series at full price and with no warning as to an up and coming anthology, I just felt cheated.
Having said that, I love my volumes and find most of the material to be usable.
A wise man can learn more from a foolish question than a foolish man can learn from a wise answer.
Attributing negativity to a topic or post doesn't make the topic or post negative, it shines a light on the negativity of the person or persons, making the attributions. BEWARE these Debbie downers and anything they say. They simply lack the self esteem or good will, to be positive or productive. Your belief in self, is more important and is all that matters, for your success to be glorious. |

Has anyone spoken with Shane recently and knows how he is doing?
The last I heard from him was a few years ago, and I'd rather not bother him, especially with the health situation. Tony |

Following up, whatever happened to the author of Pentalogy? I’ve been enjoying the stories and realized I haven’t heard anything from him in a long time. PMs appreciated if this is a sensitive question.

Sorry, no, never heard back. They have the Pentalogy books at Lybrary.com, so I assume he is still out there and made an agreement with them to sell it legitimately, but apparently he is either out of magic altogether or just has abandoned this forum, and them who know aren’t telling.
