I like this trick alot. Nothing to remember and very simple to do. Sometimes the simplest method works best.

Not a lot of new ground here but Paul gives you EVERYTHING you need to pull off a nice mentalism effect. As is the case with the "book test" genre, properly presented it will fry.

I know this is a 2003 thread, but it does not matter, it's still applicable. I'm looking into different book tests. I have this one, and I was thinking about using a different book, not the dictionary provided, and instead of the little secret that Paul Richards provide, rely on techniques from Harry Lorayne (I guess that is descriptive enough without revealing secrets ) Has anyone published anything in that line? If so, I would like some references so I can get tips and handlings from whoever published it
