What if the Hokey Pokey really IS what it's all about?
My neighbor rang my doorbell at 2:30 a.m. this morning, can you believe that, 2:30 a.m.!? Lucky for him I was still up playing my drums. |

To be fair you did write those things. To be further fair they are at least true in perception. Al has gotten more vocal. I believe you interpret that is meaner. So that might or might not be true.
Al has gotten much more vocal, fallen into name calling far more often and in general it is the first club out of the bag with him. Odd because he has had 5 1/2 years of UTOPIA and still he is in such a foul mood. I have noticed that "tolerance" often simply means "tolerate me".

To be fair I did write those things. And I meant them. Still do.
As for your statement about tolerance meaning "tolerate me," I frankly don't care if anyone tolerates me or not. I also don't really shive a git what anyone thinks about me. My life doesn't revolve around anyone in here, least of all those very few here, of whom in my mind are merely a small group of elitist bloviators (you know who you are ), and I'll continue to say what I think whether you or anyone else likes it or not. And I'll continue to ignore those who bait and respond seeking to prove whatever they can Google or produce to parse whatever I say because they don't like what I said, and I won't engage in any further discourse if I feel like it. You don't like that, fine with me.

And I didn't mean you personally in any part of my post. I meant you all as in y'alls which MMR seems to find so distasteful and now which I'm sorry I didn't so state just to push his buttons once more.

As unaccustomed to defending Bob as I am he is a far different animal from Al. Bob is no thoughtless drone by any measure.
I might disagree with him but uninformed he is not.

Don't think it's a cultural problem, Pop? Go visit Pine Hills in Orlando, Florida. Observe the Haitians and their violent street gangs murder people for no reason at all. Then tell me our culture plays no roll in this. |
