Hey, it's easy to break records when you keep adjusting downward previous years temps.

But here, I'll give you a few facts. When NOAA announced that July 2015 was the hottest month on record, they said that the record was set by two one-hundredths of a degree Celsius over July of 2011. The problem is that NOAA also claims an uncertainty of 14 one-hundredths of a degree in its temperature averages. NASA says that their data is typically accurate to one tenth of a degree, five times the amount by which their new record was set. So, in other words, the record is meaningless. They don't really know if a record was set or not. But go ahead, keep believing the hysteria. |

Aside from all the climate change debate, do we all agree that pollution is a major problem that is not being adequately addressed.

Aside from all the climate change debate, do we all agree that if all the changes and regulations that the green activists would like to implement were put into place that life would become much more unbearable for the poor who would find it much more difficult to afford the bare necessities?

Anyway, I'm not sure where you're getting your info, but here is the NOAA site and you can see the data and methodology for yourself: https://www.ncdc.noaa.gov/sotc/global/201507 For 2015: "As July is climatologically the warmest month of the year globally, this monthly global temperature of 16.61°C (61.86°F) was also the highest among all 1627 months in the record that began in January 1880." For 2011: "The combined global land and ocean average surface temperature for July 2011 was the seventh warmest on record, at 16.37°C (61.43°F), which is 0.57°C (1.03°F) above the 20th century average of 15.8°C (60.4°F)." Understanding & Interpreting Uncertainty Ranges: http://www.ncdc.noaa.gov/monitoring-refe......sion.php I'll keep deferring to science (whatever the consensus may be) and you go ahead and rely on your own personal opinions, if that's what makes you feel better.
