The number on both covers is "Pi" 3.14159...
on the front is an abacus (sp?), which almost looks like a layout for an atom/molecule the back is a jack of clubs

Also, on the back, in its own line askew to the Pi's numbers is 271828, which is the birthday of mathematician, Aaron Schuyler...

On the front - #'s 1,2,3 in the shaded beads of the abacus on outer circle & two 1 beads shaded on inside circle of abacus,
there are 8 pins from the top of each bead on the inside beads / or the lack of 1 pin atop of a bead, 8 created with the title of the book above & abacus circle below, a 4 in center of abacus, a pic of an eye from the book title (possibly an Egyptian Eye of Horus variation) Bottom - Pic of a Jack of Spade & the # "7" on his left shoulders (normally shown on cards also), the #6 seems to being a forced number over all the others..... Officially cross-eyed now, those are my chosen observations PS - As I read my list I see that adding #'s of the 1st line' I get the # 8, as the second line - #8. 3rd line a #8, 4th line half of 8........or I'm seeing WAY more into it,......or am I.........LoL |

I think two of the objects are the Abacus (FC) and the Jack of Spades (BC). Three of the numbers are 3 14159 (PI Greek), 2 71828 (Euler Number) and 12 (Harshad Number but also a sublime Number), all on the back cover.
