I will withhold my review of this routine until the companion DVD has been seen. Literature in the product box that was sent with the props told me to expect this in the near future. If nothing else, Lou certainly provides great customer service.

Ok, a couple more questions that hopefully someone can help me out with:
1, What is the basic effect of the Everywhere and Nowhere bonus effect included in the DVD? 2, Is the red box for the 3 balls included in the package? (I assume it is, but the website doesn't say) and 3, how much time on average would you say all 5 of the routines included in the DVD take up combine? The reason I ask this question is that I want to add 15 minutes to my formal close up show, and I want to know how much this would take off. Thanks guys, JIMC64

I would say all five should be about 20 minutes. But I didn't time them.
You have to make the box. It's not that hard. -Ron |

So here's the special deal.
I recently shot and edited a Companion DVD to The Steel Ball Routine. This DVD includes additional information to make the routine easier, more deceptive, and in some cases, more practical. I have also included several different methods to vanish the balls which may be more to the liking of certain performers. There is also a more in depth discussion of certain moves where I go into why I do certain things. There is over 30 minutes of additional information on this DVD. It is currently being replicated and may not be available for shipment until July 17, 2009. There is a possibility that I will get them sooner. In any case, once they become available they will be immediately shipped free of charge to all current customers of The Steel Ball Routine. I will also extend this offer to anyone that orders the routine before July 21, 2009. After July 21st it will be sold on my website as an add on to the routine for an additional $20. So if you've been on the fence about purchasing this product, now would be the time. My One Year, Risk Free, 100% Better Than Your Money Back Guarantee still applies to this offer. On July 21st the website will updated and the Companion DVD will only be sold as an add on. Purchase now and save. Click Here to find out more. To your success! Lou Serrano |

Hey lou, I know I've been asking a lot of questions, but I like to find out as much as possible about a product before I get it (as I imagine almost everyone would), and I think this should be my last one.
Ok, so if someone purchases the Steel Ball Routine DVD without ordering the companion DVD after July 21st, will they be able to buy just the Companion DVD later on, or would it have to be a they either get it right when they buy the Steel Ball Routine or they don't get it at all? Thanks, And I hope to be purchasing this very soon either way. JIMC64

Corbett,
Thank you for your order. It should arrive soon. Jim, If you order before July 21, 2009 you will get the Companion DVD free. If you order after July 21 the Companion DVD can be be purchased as an add on for $20 at the time of purchase. If you decide not to purchase the Companion DVD at the time of your original order and decide to purchase the Companion DVD later, the price will be $24. Aside from having very valuable content, the Companion DVD was shot in a studio with professional lighting and cameras. It was shot and edited by an Emmy Award winning editor, so this isn't some cheaply put together project. I should be charging much more for the Companion DVD, but I really just want to cover my costs for producing, creating, manufacturing, and shipping. As with all my products and services, I didn't cut any corners to produce this DVD, but I am still committed to giving my customers as much value as possible. I hope this answers your questions. Respectfully, Lou Serrano |

Hey Lou,
I´m starving to get my hands of the companion DVD. But I´m a patient man, still rehearsing your wonderfull routine. But at the moment the rehearsal is going slow, melting in the summer heat. |

Hi all,
Just a reminder that there are only two weeks left on the special deal. Order before July 21 and get the Companion DVD free of charge. The Companion DVD should be ready to ship by July 17. Since putting out The Steel Ball Routine, I have received a ton of wonderful testimonials from people all over the world that have bought my product. So I've decided to put up an extra page on my website that will be solely dedicated to featuring these people. I will be putting up this page soon and let you know when it's live. To your success! Dany,
The scheduled shipment date is July 17 for all current customers, unless I get them sooner. Jan, Thanks for being patient. I wish I can get them sooner, but they are being replicated as opposed to duplicated. It takes a bit more time, but the quality is much better. I guarantee you will find some very useful information to improve the routine. To your success! Lou |

Hi everyone ,
The routine looks great and I am very interested but I couldn t find ANY serious review of it ... Everyone say it s great but can some one take time to give more details? I really think that doing less card and coin is a big place and always look for somethings different ... I think that Lou put much effort on this and deliver it for a resonnable price compare to his work on it but it s still not cheap for me ... Any one got the companion dvd ? Best regards Muroni |

Hey Muroni,
check out page 2 of this thread for an EXTENSIVE review of the product. Or go to the Genii Forum for a review there. (Light from the Lamp). The well-regarded Kent Gunn reviewed it there. Nobody has the companion DVD yet, since they haven't shipped yet. |

After reading down as far as page 3 of this topic I put in my order. Now I find there is a bonus dvd coming as well ,gratis, I'm chuffed (in Manchester that means very happy) I like acts/routines that have a theme running through them rather than a collection of random effects. I've decided my theme will be METAL.
So this will fit in just fine with chop cup, linking rings and a few other metal effects. Waiting eagerly |

It's really all about the customer service in the end... isn't it?
From the level of service you provide at your shows, to the support your mechanic offers you at the repair shop... good service makes for happy (aka chuffed) people! That's why I have an iMac. When it broke down 18 months after I purchased it, Apple replaced it with an UPGRADED system free of charge! No phone calls to another country. No hassles with repair guys. Just honest people doing the right thing. Yes... great service can cost you (so can money-back guarantees), but when you give great customer service like Lou, you'll earn customers for LIFE. He's a stand-up guy. You'll be glad you got it. Joe PS. METAL is a GREAT theme for an act! |
