This looks awesome and cost effective compared to the other ring flights on the market. Definitley going to grab one for my strolling set. This appears to fix a lot of the problems I've had with the flights as well, from the demo it looks deathly silent! I'm a fan after Ignition.
Check it out! Link to product and demo: http://www.magicsmith.com/departure.html Borrow a ring , and in the cleanest way you vanish it at your fingertips - both hands are clearly empty. Reach into your back pocket and produce your keys - and their ring is on your keyring! Introducing the world's most impossible and invisible ring flight. Departure is a pull-style flight built into a key fob that fits on your keychain. Departure was first released in 2008 and I’ve performed it thousands of times. I took my time redesigning this new and improved version. I've added all new features AND made it as tough as a battleship. Plus I kept the price the same ;-) Here’s a comprehensive list of the new features and improvements: Smaller Housing - takes up even less space on your keychain. Plus I added some handsome lock icons to give it an even more realistic look. Longer Cable - I increased it from 18” to 24”. This allows you to display the ring even further away from you body before the vanish. Also good if you like to perform wearing a jacket. Teflon Cable - Designed for years of service - WILL NOT SNAP OR BREAK. Extra Bushing - There’s an extra bushing on the housing where the cable emerges to cut down even more on friction. Friction is the enemy of a good flight. Carabiner Clip - Makes it easy to get any size ring on the clip without even looking. Plus it just looks cool - like you just finished scaling Everest! Wherever you go, Departure goes. Built to withstand heavy use, Departure is a ring flight that can withstand the CLOSEST scrutiny. It's whisper silent and mega powerful. Included in the online instructions, Derek Roberts teaches his Shirt Vanish - a way to cleverly vanish any ring right under spectators' noses. You'll also learn a stunning ring and key transpo, which climaxes with their ring appearing your keychain. This looks awesome and cost effective compared to the other ring flights on the markets. From the demo it looks deathly silent, |

The only problem with the old Departure was that the pull would eventually break after constant use. I had it returned twice before giving up on it.
I'm hoping this issue is fixed with this new one. |

I loved my original...until it broke 2 weeks later. Once I got it replaced...it broke again. Hopefully the new one holds up better but since then I bought Ring Flite Revolution and don't see myself giving it up.

I find that it is a common theme, mine breaks so often I never use it now..
By failing to prepare, we are preparing to fail.

Is it just me or does that key fob look unrealistic? I am based in the UK and I have never seen a key fob quite like that. I like Magic Smith in particular his Ignition effect is one of the best things I have bought but this doesn't really appeal to me based on the look of it.

Hey guys!
Chris showed me the prototype of the new model and its awesome. On the note about breaking, the new wire for the pull is crazy strong! I guess you can't even cut it. -Kyle |

Just purchased, will let you know. The pdf is just the ad copy with a yotube link to the old dvd, so nothing new there!

I may have to pick this up if the reviews for the new model sound as promising as these early notes.

Interesting. Chris Smith is a great guy and promptly replaced every Departure I had (I think I replaced it twice). The issue was that it would break even when not in use at all. So like many other folks, I gave up on it, didn't go back to him asking for a refund, but just left it in a drawer. I wish MagicSmith luck with the new one. Good guy and good company.
