Magicians have developed hundreds (if not thousands) of different methods for glimpsing the value of a selected playing card as fairly as possible; many are bullet-proof and practical.

This is not necessarily one of those methods.

Trailers and descriptions will often deceive you with multiple cuts, canned reactions or fancy wordplay - I choose instead to be completely honest.
