Can anyone Identify this prop, similar effect to a vampire block penetration with the advantage that the square tube is hinged can be open to show the inside.

I owned this at one time and sold it. It's an Indian prop. I know that for sure, although I'm not sure of the maker.
Pay no attention to that man behind the curtain.

Yes It's the Indian version
Usually I'm not a fan of cheaply made props - and this one is. I wouldn't perform this for an audience that was 200 feet away. It's the usual cheap construction and bland colors. The paint isn't sealed and rubs off on other things sometimes. However.... It has a redeeming quality I haven't seen on any other version where the gimmick is "gone" when the tube is open. That alone makes it worth having on your shelve just to show other magicians.
