Here's 10 of my favorite's.

1) David Penn's Mystery Solved. I've only had it since early December, but I have as much fun performing with it as I do a T.T. and a C. S*. They all happen right under their noses and are hidden in plain sight.

2) Steve Fearson's Vectra therads.

3) Steve Fearson's Free Energy System

4) Garrett Thomas's Imagination Coins

5) Richard Sanders's Extreme Burn

4) Richard Sander's ACE

5) David Penn's Coinvexed 3rd Generation

6) Titanas's Titans Deck. It's a manuscript and you make the deck up yourself ( no crafting project ).

7) Tim Trono's Branded

8) David Regal's Sudden Deck 3

9) Mark Southworth's Shoe't

10) Chad Long's Flash

In no particular order...

1.Spoonaround-Axel Hecklau
Use this as an opener when doing table magic and it is fantastic.

2. Sponge Bunnies
If you do close-up magic and don't do this I really think you're missing out. I do quite a lot of contemporary magic but this often gets the best reactions.

3. Quantum Bender 3
I haven't owned a QB for years like many have and this has only had limited use so far but it is a fantastic piece of kit to do amazing magic.

4. Strike Two
This is an effect from Step System Vol.2 by Lee Smith using two lighters. This is not a magician fooler but I do this all the time and it is a fantastic trick.

5. Waltzing Cheek to Cheek - Joshua Jay
Anniversary Waltz effect. Although this is set up to automatically reset I only ever do this once per gig. If you watch the demo video (ignoring how cringey he is with the girls he performs to) you can see what a good hook this trick has with two phases and a seemingly impossible ending. I also have Two:Fusion by Axel Hecklau but have not got round to performing that yet.

6.Inside Out - Pro-Mystic
This has enough rave reviews without me going on. An extremely versatile prop.

7. Card to Mouth - David Stone
From one of his 'Real Secrets of Magic' DVD's...I love this plot and routine.

8. $100 Bill Switch
I'm aware this is as old as the hills but I learnt the technique from $100 Miracles and have performed some of his ideas from it although the classic bill switch is hard to beat.

9. Invisible Deck
Again, an oldie, but what a trick!!! I've been using one for about 10 years now and I reckon I could leave a table to thunderous applause with this and nothing else.

My favorites change all the time based on what skill or effect I'm working on at the moment. I only have one standalone effect that I've purchased and perform, Mark Elsdon's the Last Word. Everything else is from multi-effect books, and most effects I perform are combinations of different people's handlings.
