Finished the podcast last night, loved it once again. I think Atlas is right about fight your corner though. Using it to talk about things that were missed or under appreciated at the time makes for very interesting conversation, and gives them a second chance. Great podcast guys.

Sorry I just saw this thread! Idiot!
Doing this podcast is literally one of the best things I think I've ever done. We are LOVING giving back to the mentalism community, and doing it in such a new and exciting way. Keep us informed about what you, what you'd like to hear us talk about, and of course keep spreading the word - K

I'm loving it too. My favourite part was the last 10 seconds of Episode 2
One comment for consideration: when playing pre-recorded conversations, please don't talk so loudly over the top. You kept telling us how hilarious the "Atlas is still on the phone" bit was, but we heard almost none of the conversation because you all laughed and conversed over the top of it! On the plus side, I like the discussions of technical elements and performance stories. Looking forward to next month!

I think Atlas should get half a point every time he uses British versus American English, like, "He was littrally sat there."

Half a point or half a pint!?
I was intrigued by his use of "sat" as well, wondered if that was q thing in the Pacific north west or just part of his emersion into the culture. Living abroad myself I have picked up Loo for bathroom (as well as toilet) and lift instead of elevator (it's just such an easier word.) Oh, and yes, loving the podcasts!

The podcasts are great. I have to say, Ken's story about the woman in the blue dress is as funny as any I've ever heard. Keep the new episodes coming!

Glad you guys are enjoying it. We wanted to do something that was unique and fun and not just do the just the same old thing or be a cheap imitation of someone else.

I had a great time last night doing a little mindreading for the GM of a big restaurant in the city where I live. We met by chance and were chatting over a drink at an outdoor jazz concert which my wife and I attend every June/July. When he asked me to "do something" for him, I obliged. I took the "what would impress you the most" approach that Ken spoke of in Episode 2. For him it was "what university did I attend?" He said he had never met a mentalist or a magician in person and really wanted to see something. Well, I did my usual CT, accompanied by my usual explanations of things, revealed his school and I about knocked him down. He kept talking about it. A brilliant and very convincing little subtlety. Thanks to Ken for speaking about that. I usually have no problem getting great reactions from this anyway, but that absolutely added a very thick, warm and chewy, extra layer of goodness to that little cookie!

Absolutely loved the podcast!
Ken's insight and funny story, Atlas'es insight and funny editing, and Looch, because who doesn't like Looch? (Please refer to the "I love Looch thread" lol) The only thing I would note is the part with the prank on Atlas, the listeners couldn't hear a thing, and your laughter made it even harder, apart from that, PERFECT podcast, please make more!(and hopefully this long as well) Thanks for making this podcast

Such great info but I have to agree about the audio levels. There were times that I had to turn it up greatly to hear these guys' voices only to be nearly deafened moments later.
The final product could greatly benefit some quick mastering because the audio levels are clearly clipping. Regards, Adam Quote:

In the next week to ten days. We recorded this episode at Michael Murray's MINDS conference, so it is now in the editing phase.
