I was watching a video the other day by an avid playing card collector and noticed that he had a number of sealed Aristocrat casino decks which he said he had purchased from a dollar store in Canada. I was always under the impression that the dollar stores only sold used casino cards can anyone verify if this is true ? I travel to Canada occasionally for my job so would love to pick up some the next time I travel.

Yes but not all dollars stores have sealed casino decks.
