Hi, does anyone know the guy who sells the holsters/runs the site? Is he still in business?
http://www.highcalibermagic.com/ I am trying to reach this guy since like 2 weeks, calling litterally every single day multiple times, dropped him a maessage on facebook, wrote a comment on one of his facebook posts, used the contact option from his site....nada. Not a single response. What is going on there? I want to purchase a holster and I read about the magnificent customer service. If this guy is on vaccation or in hospital, shouldn't he let the customers know via facebook, his website or even his answering machiene? Is there another way of getting int ouch with him, or does someone know him personally? Really getting desperate here. Any help is appriciated! Regards, Markus

Hi Markus,
Joel's products are really top-notch and he's an extremely knowledgeable and nice guy to work with. However, yes, I had a very challenging time getting quick responses back from him. It often took months on end to hear back. And in fact I've been waiting now since October for an important response. In the past, when we've finally made contact, he has told me the reason for delays is because he does all the work himself and is often so busy with many projects. Unfortunately that doesn't help you. The only thing I was able to do is continually reach out via email until you catch him. Great job trying facebook and phone as well. I think he genuinely wants to provide good customer service but may be stretched too thin these days. Best of luck, please keep us updated. |

Sounds like Todd Lassen. Great quality stuff but a one man show and communication is hit and miss. I would keep trying. I have not dealt with him before but my persistence getting ahold of Todd Lassen has always paid off in the long run (and always worth the wait). Good luck.
