I'm looking for an easy yet concealed way to ignite a sheet of flash paper. "The Pen" by Haslett looks like what I would need...
Any reviews before I buy? Thanks! Richard

I haven't seen the pen, but I would want to ask the manufacturer how often they have to replace the batteries.

There is a phone number (260 343-0632) and I have found him to be a very honest person. I thought my Wanna Flash was “going to fail” because ,although it worked perfectly (after two years on its second battery) I could no longer see the glow of the coil. I called him to see if I could replace the glow plug. He told me that he repaires all his fire products without charge, but I should not worry about not seeing a glow. He was right, still working fine and I use it often. Bob |

That pen “The Pen” is made and sold by “A House of Fire.” Alas, I don't know about this particular product, but I echo the sentiment that Rick Haslett stands behinds all his products. I bought a Wanna Flash from him too. After it arrived, I got into an e-conversation with Rick about how I intended to use it. He got very excited about my idea, and created a special product, TRICK-N-TREAT (http://www.ahouseoffire.com/p28.html) for anyone else who might enjoy the same thing. Sorry I can't speak directly to the pen product.
I formerly ran a site of links to help Canadian magicians, magicinfo.ca, but I retired it in 2022.
