I’m sorry to hear you broke your watch. The watch is actually made very well. If you watch the video it clearly explains how to close your watch face until it clicks. It also says not to go beyond the click or you could break the plastic housing. I’ve had my Vapr Watch for almost a year with zero problems. I always carefully close the watch by making sure everything is lined up correctly and carefully rotating until I hear the click but not beyond that. I make sure before I put it on that it’s secure so any accidents don’t occur. Basically with a little patience and care your watch will last a long time. I suggest you buy the $99 warranty which covers accidental damage before it’s too late. Since people will be getting their watches soon here are a few tip I strongly recommend before you use your watch. Just so you know most problems users have had is not watching the two videos in their entirety before you use watch. Problem one people have had is sometimes you’ll need to pair your remote with your watch after many days of not using it or the first time you receive it sometimes. Problem two some users have broken their watch faces. This can be avoided by carefully locking your watch face until you feel the click BUT be carful not to over lock it and break the plastic. Problem three is the inserting of liquid sometimes you may get air bubbles. The video teaches you how to fix this problem. Problem four be careful when you cut your hose you don’t cut it too short. It’s better to cut it longer than needed than cut more if needed. Handle your watch with care and it should last a long time. Basically almost every problem with very few minor exceptions could have been prevented by carefully watching the two video in its entirety. The video explains everything very well Side note video number 2 the repositioner video will be updated as Sansminds has changed the repositioner because some users had problems with the original. The new video should be released very soon. Watch this space.

Mike, I'm in the group still waiting for the watch, you mention two videos. Seems Ive seen posts that people recieved their watch with not instructions. Are the two videos a link that's received when you get your watch, thanks.

It supposed to be a postcard that’s included with the watch. I think the reason they left it out because they are changing the second video that currently teaches you how to use the repositioner. Rich Tsai told me in a PM that they are currently filming anew video teaching how to use the new repositioner. They have changed the repositioner to improve it based on users comments. I have the original video links. When you get your watch just PM me and I’ll send you the links. I’ll need your email address because I have it as a scanned photo of the original postcard.

I have the same problem as many...Received the watch (finally) but no instructions whatsoever...dangerous with a technical item like this....No reaction via mail, no acceptance Facebook group...

Same as everybody else I got no instruction s and I do not know why ? Got the instructions from Adrian on the face book group ,when I did eventually get it to work I got to say it's a beautiful well made item ,look forward in using this👍🏻

Really disappointing how sansminds is being non responsive to their customer base. Most of this is taking place on the FB page but Ive experienced it first hand as well.
Super terrible how sansminds confirmed addresses with people and such an expensive item has been getting delivered to wrong addresses. My address has been confirmed twice. I hope mine arrives at the right house and not my old Apt! I believe it will though. *sigh*. lol Will tsigh. Cmon sansminds get it together. |

I have ordered my unit early april. I have received it but it is not working. There seems to be a pairing problem between the remote and the unit and I should pair it by putting a needle in a little hole but that hole seems endless and gives no reaction whatsoever. No response on my mails, chats or Facebook request...

Thanks Guinelli. I'm shocked to find that an order from Belgium in APRIL was sent a unit before an order placed in the USA in JANUARY! I have heard that there were shipping issues for USA but all the promises of "you will be sent in the order you purchased" are meaningless clearly. Quality control seems to be an issue here. Fulfillment is an issue. Instructions and downloads are an issue. If you take money from people you gotta come through professionally. This is not one issue. It is a LOT of issues. Saddened.

I did not get mine. Someone who ordered in Belgium three months later got his. How do you blow this after a year ands send out a $400 product with defective parts? We are now going to stop production and delay it again? Send the watch that should work well and be durable now and then send out a replacement when they make it better. How many false ships do we tolerate? This isn't one guy in his basement. It is a major magic company that has the money to take out full page ads in magic magazines. What are they thinking? Wait - SansMinds is literally the French prefix for WITHOUT (Sans) MINDS. I'm getting pretty upset now. The watch I ordered in January better come to my door before the end of this year in PERFECT working order with instructions and all the accessories ordered. I'm a step or two from really stating my mind on a lot of influential blogs, forums and lists. This company has to put the resources into a great product as promised and deliver the *** thing already!

I'm really upset if they start selling these again. I backed them in the first place and was told there would be no more made if they didn't get funded. And the new ones will have different things and probably improvements. I have yet to recieve one of my watches (first 300 had to get both replaced), and a replacement remote (the one I have doesn't work for the watch I do have). I also didn't get the blind supporter package yet either. I think sansminds puts out some really good stuff but I am disappointed. Not by the product, but by how it's been dealt with. I don't mind that there has been delays and the past couple weeks they have answered more questions but with the post tonight and me still not having my stuff. Not as upset with not having my other watch as I am not getting the gift package I kept getting promised. Hopefully it will be dealt with soon. For those that don't have their watch yet, it is a great product, and works amazingly. The remote I hear has now been updated so you don't have to be right next to it. Hopefully I will recieve my gift package, replacement watch, and two remotes soon...

Where are you guys getting this rumor? I don’t see this coming from Sansminds on their website. I think this is a falsity. I checked the Facebook group and I don’t see anything about this.

There is nothing on Facebook group about making more watches or a version 2 Vapr watch. Where are you reading this? And who wrote the post? Can you copy post and paste it in this forum? At this point I’m thinking this is a false rumor.

Mr Effecto has never been a reliable source for Vapr Watch info. He has always had a negative opinion about Sansminds and the Vapr watch. If he is the source of rumor I seriously have my doubts.
