I have a few versions of this around, I know at least one is a knock off.
One of my sets has silver tape on the prop. Not white tape. Anybody (Richard?) know how to tell if this is a real Henning, a Tenyo or a knock off. Thank You, Ed |

Hi Ed:
I have several still sealed versions of the so called Henning version and they look identical to what you have. Definitely a legit Tenyo version. As has been discussed here and in Tenyoism there is no such thing as a "Henning" version, they were simply Tenyo versions that were intended for the failed Doug Henning magic sets. They included instructions that appear to credit Henning and Steinmeyer. The only prop in the series that had any differences is the Floating Lady which had a caricature of Henning as the magician. Would love one of those I have this version and earlier versions that included Tenyo branding on the folder and clear card. The card back design is also different. Cheers, John |

That is correct. You simply have a Tenyo trick with a cobbled together instruction sheet.
