He all. Wanted to let you all know that I and my business partner Marty Martin, are up to our ankles in sawdust as we are overseeing the construction of the Magical Arts Center. The MAC will contain the Smoke & Mirrors theater (sixty seats, European style tiering), a magic shop, magic school and a second theater for family shows and birthday parties.

We will be bringing in out of town talent on a regular basis for show, lectures and workshops. Please visit our website (we also have an online shop as well) and sign up on our email list so we can keep you informed about the soon to be open (July 2017) Magical Arts Center.

A grand undertaking. Should be supported by everyone.
We wish them our best.
Danny recently lectured/performed at our local assembly, was a big hit and liked by all.

Wow! That's terrific news for Philly! Looks like you are just outside of Northeast Philadelphia, about 6 miles from where I grew up!

Looking forward to enjoying many wonderful events at this upcoming facility!

Congratulations Danny & Marty. Sounds like a state of the art venue. Could this be the new home of Mindvention or other conventions?

Best of luck to you both. I hope the entire local and magic communities support this completely.

Thank you for doing this. Great, great news. We've been bereft since Grasso's closed, and then south street magic. We'll be seeing you soon.

Hey Bob... happy to say there is. If you can get to 30th Street Station in Phila. (The main train station), there is a single train that will drop you off about a block and half from the theater. Find more info on Septa website. You would take the train to the Philmont station. D

Thrilled to announce that we are now selling tickets to upcoming shows beginning with Aug. 18th. There are some wonderful performers slated to work the theater and you can find out more about who performs when by looking here--- Shows

Danny,

My family had a great time at your theater. The sight-lines are fantastic, and the space is both intimate and comfortable. Both Doc Swan and Will Fern were great performers-- and it looks like you have a first class run of magicians nearly every weekend for several months to come. You've built a real gem.

Hi there Danny, glad to hear there's public transport. I'll look at your schedule of shows and make arrangements to come sometime. For some reason I now got notification of your reply to my question. I hope it's going well!

Looks Like it is in a place called Huntington Valley, Pennsylvania, most likely a suburb of Philadelphia. Just visited the website, and nothing works, I guess it did not open last July.

Any further news on this historic building in magic? Looks like it will be huge undertaking, with a school, shows, magic shop, etc.

It will take a huge staff to coordinate all these events.

Why they did not include a supper club as well to keep people coming through the door, would have been a good draw for the place.

Was hoping for pictures of the building at least, so many of these building are not very welcoming in their design.

Looking forward to an update of this project.

Actually, it sounds like an excellent venue! With only 60 seats, there should be no sightline issues at all. Unfortunately, I now live too far from there to be a regular customer. I'd love to be at the Kreskin shows in January! I hope it continues to be a successful venture.

Is this going to open? I live with 20 minutes, and I can't wait to see some great magic.

As far as I know, it's been open for quite a while. Check the show schedule. Lots of performers you are familiar with at very reasonable ticket prices. Tickets are available now for Hannibal, Stetson, Capehart, Kreskin, and several others.

It looks wonderful.
Good luck.
I go to Yardley every week for 2 days. I may stop in one day to take a peek.
