Hello everyone,
I am very new member in this forum, I am doing magic for last 15 years. I am a tech guy and I like building electronic/mechanical magic tricks (conjuring types, not big illusion items), I would love to share ideas with you all. Thanking you.

Hello rgs,
Welcome to TMC. I'm interested in electronic/mechanical things as well. I love playing around with RPi's and Arduinos, but haven't yet figured out how to use them in magic. I did just pick up a high rpm dc motor, going to try to build a card fountain. Dan Harlan, on one of the Tarbell videos, discusses it. Enjoy your stay here, Dave |

Welcome RGS1985,
Check out "The Workshop" I'm not sure if it usually covers that kind of Magic but I'm sure if it is brought up there will be some with an interest. -Mary Mowder |

Hello Boomer, I appreciate that you are trying some on your own, in case of a card fountain, not only the RPM of the motor, but the torque of the motor also matters, You can get a good rpm motor with high torque at about USD$2-$3,
https://www.aliexpress.com/item/R380-Car......4.X0leIV that one may be a good choice, use a battery operated car wheel, to add a little more thrust to the rotation, add a little weight at a corner of the wheel.
