The ad for the other two effects seems to indicate December release

It's actually a very good year for Tenyo's new releases.
My annual story in Genii on the new items (which includes many items released only in Japan) will appear later than usual because the last two items of the line won't come out until December or January.

Do they release the new Tenyo items the same time in the US as the UK (I'm in the UK) Thanks. Was looking forward to the new range. Still love Tunnel of darkness

Tenyo items seem to cost much more in the UK. You would be better off ordering from Japanese dealers on eBay. You will pay a fraction of the price.

Hi Richard thanks I did not know that I thought it would be the same(ish) all over. Thanks again

Make sure you are looking at www.ebay.com, not www.ebay.co.uk

You can purchase all four new items for less than $20 each. The most expensive is the Bento box, and it's about $18. I suggest you buy all four items from the same person and ask for combined postage to save even more.

Looking forward to the December releases which might be better than the current 2018 releases.

You didn't like the Bento box?

Richard, of the 4 new Tenyo, I like Bento Box the best. I wish there were less mental effects, but a good mental effect is always welcome. I have read that other small stickers can be placed on the blocks instead of using sushi. Maybe different colors or numerals. I think I probably will buy this because of the method. Maybe something similar to Diabolicus, but easier to determine the 2 chosen blocks?

Not at all like Diabolicus: this is mechanical.

I also think you might give the Blindfold a purchase. It's very clever and simple as hell to do.

Richard, thanks for the information. I have Diabolicus, but have difficulty in seeing the markings. I hope Bento Box is easier to see.

I have always had trouble with diabolicus as well.

I also have trouble reading the markings on Diabolicus. I wonder if it was easier to read when the product was new.
Bento Box is entirely different and should pose no problem unless you're color blind.

I also found that strange as it sounds I always have to trust my instinct when reading the mark... If I look at it quickly and go with my first thought I am usually right. If I stare at it I second guess myself.

Richard, I agree that product age might cause the markings to become blurry and more spread-out. Sounds like Bento Box will eliminate the potential reading problem. I am sure that I will buy. J M, I agree that a quick glance somewhat helps to see the markings. The longer one stares, the overall designs get blurred together. Also, the longer one looks gives spectators the thought that the performer is looking for some clue.

Yes definitely do not want to stare at the box in performance.. was speaking of when practicing the effect.
