I have Mark Elsdon's original Tequila Hustler e-book and enjoy performing it immensely, I wonder if the new Tequila Hustler Deluxe being sold on Penguin is significantly improved and if it comes with instructional and performance videos? Can anyone advise on this?

I got Tequila Hustler from penguin. I'm not sure if it was because I pre-ordered or something, but penguin gave me Tequila Hustler Deluxe for free (swapped actually).
As far as I know, there are only a couple of videos extra (because the added pdf with the ring was already there before, I believe). A video with Mark Elsdon (with performance and thoughts on it) and another with Peter Turner (just performance).
