Has anyone seen purchased or tried the new Ping Pong Ball zombie? I was thinking of trying it out as a table hopping effect. Just wanted to know if anyone is using it?

I've made these from small tree ornaments. I think it's drawback is that it's so small the audience can imagine a gimmick because it's in close proximity to your body. But if you change-over from ZB to ball and silk sleights you can combine effects and reach the audience on an emotional level.

It' worked well at parties with kid that were over 8, any younger and they call for the cover (silk) to be removed.

I prefer using a combination of ZB and an "Astro-sphere" using IT immediately after. Also, instead of a white ping-pong ball, I use one that is orange colored for better visibility against a napkin, or a small Christmas ornament when "in season." There are small plastic pumpkins available for Halloween - I haven't tried them yet because they are irregular in shape which might cause a problem, but I plan to test it out this year and will let you know if it works (assuming I remember this post!).

Here's another possibility: https://nnmagic.com/store/magic-tricks/ghost-catcher/

Denny Haney demoed it on FB and it was excellent! One possible effect is similar to Bill Abbott's The Thing, except the silk is sheer and is examinable.
