That's what happens when the whole experiment is not well documented. Experimental physicists usually have a lab notebook so they write everything they do.

In my experience idiots tend to remain idiots because they will never recognize their errors.
If you act like an idiot and realize it, and learn from it... you're fairly rare.
Magic is doing improbable things with odd items that, under normal circumstances, would be unnessecary and quite often undesirable.
