This is a book going into little detail of Max's much researched Gilbreath principle.
Let's start with the tricks. The best way to describe the tricks as minor effects. The tricks are more presentation than digital dexterity. However the tricks are not self-working. Effects like Swap Cats and so on are, to me, minor tricks that my little cousin would do. The book had some neat little stories to apply, but it isn't anything I would really ever use. Now the book itself. Like all Max's products, it is rather well put together. The book was fun to read, and the more I read the more I was able to see the cards falling in sequence. In fact, I imagine you will need this book to help you get started on his more complicated effects in his full release book. Also a fun little side note is that if you pay close attention you'll find a good number of palindromic treats throughout the book. In conclusion: Buy this book for a learning step to Max's full release book; it will be fun to play with, but nothing serious. |

O.K., I'll bite. Redivider is subtitled Adventures With A Fascinating Principle. In this case, it is actually a principle other than that recognized by Gilbreath.

It is the Stay-Stack Principle, and I love this book!

Great book. I like the humourous palindromic principles used through out the book (trick titles, page numbers), and the ideas are great.

I don't know the name of the book. It's been talked about for quite some time, though, and redivider is just a little taste to keep us geared up.
