$95!? Ha!

Why Ha? About 4 months ago, I did a similar trick for a rabbit. And I can say that it cost me quite expensive.
I do not want to give public references to the material - which was taken as the basis of my trick. * Perhaps someone knows the correct name of this trick or a general concept. This ingenious combination of thought - a cloud and a dove - from the point of view of the THEATER is logically justified. For this I want to say thank you to the author! My applause!

I do not believe this dove production is angle proof for the type of venues most magicians perform at, with audiences at your feet.

A similar trick - but the hat in my opinion is not justified.

Is there an exact name for this trick and who is its inventor? Thanks for any links.

Eugene, the exact name for the effect is Cloud Surprise, the inventor/manufacturer is Amazo Magic. That is most likely Amazo in the video, I believe his real name is Sandro Loporcaro, but don't hold me to it.

I think you had the answer to your question before asking it. Sorry if that sounds a little rude, just a little confused.

Sorry for the confusion, just wondering if anyone knows who first applied this principle.
Often, new inventors do not give any mention of the creators of the past. They change the appearance of the effect and give it away for their invention. I'm not talking about Amazo - just always want to trace the chain of changes. I have seen prop many times - the conjurer's hat. But Amazo did a beautiful and logical routine. I like it. But it is always historically interesting to learn about the first person - who performed and came up with the trick. Thank you!

Eugene, you're mistaken, not every time the method has been used before. Some think of it, but sees the flaws in performing it.
Amazo looks to young to have seen and read the Supreme Encyclopedia of Dove Magic. There are similar ideas in the books, but not exactly. That is having a bird behind a book or picture, and simply pulling it out. Kukuchi of Japan also had a flower bouquet, that held in the hand, the bird appeared from the bouquet. Now take those methods, and do some work and thinking, and you have Cloud Surprise. On Amazo's website he has a different designed Coin Ladder, and a nice looking lamp for the milk in light bulb. He does seem to be creative. |
