Just took the survey. Since the survey addresses magicians/mentalists, I think a useful question to add would be 'In your experience, what is the most commonly 'thought of' card by a. male and b. female spectators?' and to leave two text forms as response fields. You might get interesting results.

You can find lists of popular cards in many books, but the best way is to simply ask a lot of people, keeping a record.
