The bottom one defintely looks like the Ultimate Sting which is Paul Gordon's variation on John Bannon's Royal Scam.

I see the similarities but don't both the Ultimate Sting and Royal Scam use a bunch of the _same_ card, and end with a Royal Flush?
These are all Jacks, but different suits (clubs repeats)....
