Hello Genii members and Merry Christmas! I'm excited about my latest release called "Napkin" where objects pop up underneath a paper napkin. Here's the trailer https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FSgT-uXs_Zs&feature=youtu.be This video is the real thing, there are no editing cuts or tricks. "Napkin" will be released in a week or so.

Looks nice. I'm guessing you'll need to be by the table edge to do these?

I’d like to know it’s more than a glorpey with a bo&&& p&& and an edge of a table.

Yes it looks like a glorphy and something that's held behind a table edge.
The glorphy movement doesn't even matches the object that is produced. I own and love the Kennedy Box but some things (like marble) shouldn't be offered imho. I am sorry but I don't like it. :-/ |

"Napkin" is a modernized version of "Glorpy" using any paper napkin, which can be examined before and after. It's combined with a brand new production technique that looks incredibly stunning and at the same time is very practical. Every lay person that has seen this has been blown away. I put a lot of work into this and I'm very proud.

I have to say that this is not impressive IMO. For $30.00 you get the tool to make the napkin move and a "Stealth Kit" for easy retrieval of the "tool" which is probably a R*&L. I am sorry but I can't believe this is $30.00. I really like a lot of John's products but this seems like a "reach" to just sell a product. IMO, this should be sold as a $5.00-$10.00 download. But that is just my opinion.

In addition RNK, I am not "reaching" to sell anything. I am motivated by my passion for magic, which I have been practicing for over 50 years. I prefer to value the opinions of the many lay people and professional magicians that have seen this and absolutely love it. |

I can’t wait to see actual reviews as opposed to speculation.

But I have been performing professionally for over 5 years and honestly I think an experienced magician can produce this effect rather simply. I am always making things appear in the offbeat moment at unscripted times during my performance. Also, I have to agree with an earlier post that the movement under the napkin does not look good. TO ME anyway. Again, I respect you and your work, as you have contributed so much to magic. More so than I ever will. Though, as an experienced performer and magician not every effect is impressive to me as I would think not every effect is impressive to you. Sorry about the "reaching" comment, you are obviously one of magics Icon creators and I meant no disrespect. I am sure some may benefit from this release. RNK
