Can someone point me to contact info for Outlaw Effects? I've placed an order with them, for which they happily took my money, and have yet to receive a link for the ebook I purchased. I now see that they have no contact info on their website, which is a HUGE red flag.

There is an email posted on the home page, at the very bottom: outlaw@outlaw-effects.com - I would not be surprised if you did not get a response, though.
Refer to this recent thread: http://www.themagiccafe.com/forums/viewt......forum=14 I would recommend never doing business with Outlaw, personally.

Thanks for the info. Also, there is no such email address on the site that I can locate. I'll try contacting them. The email address associated with their PayPal account, while able to accept payment apparently, bounced back my written email.
It's all in the reflexes.

There is a block of printing the email address is at the bottom of the second paragraph under the picture of the reflections book

I agree with RCP, file a dispute and then run away as fast as you can and never look back.

I only really pay attention to about 6 sub-forums here. Anything posted outside of those 6, no matter how often it is posted, I will probably miss. Within those 6, I'll still miss probably 30% of what's posted, because I usually skim the Café due to how much flotsam there is.

I'm not making excuses, I'm just pointing out that it is easy to miss all the warnings we've put up unless you read those forums. Not everyone researches a company before making a purchase (I am also guilty of that, though I am learning my lesson).
