My quest to find some good DVDS with card effects that are at chest height is proving rather unsuccessful. Am I missing something? It seems as though there is an obvious gap in the market for this kind of material.

Although it's not a DVD I think this is what you are looking for, you will not regret it reading this book, Standup Card Magic by Roberto Giobbi

I've been meaning to pick that book up for some time. I still think there is a gap in the market for this type of material though.
