Can anybody help me identify a set of 20th century silks based on a description ?. The pattern for the two rainbow silks is similar to, but not identical, to a Rice pattern. But the logo, in one corner, are two small bunny profiles in dark red on one side, and black on the other.

Hi! I'm retired, and haven't bought any silks since Harold Rice was still with us. I've been selling a few, to friends, and, even giving away a few to friends for the past few years. So, I haven't even seen any with "two small bunnies"!

I suspect that they are Chinese "knock offs". They may be made of good silk, but, it would appear, from your description that they are copies.

You might check with Bob Sanders. He imports good silk, and, his various silks that are designed for specific tricks. are first class.

Hayre, are they tie dyed, meaning bleeding sections, or do they have a definitive line of separation. There use to be a Japanese company called Rabbit Magic, it may be theirs, but I am not positive. A rabbit was their logo. I believe they worked out of the U.S., but sold quality silks.
