Our cat Burt, aka The Great Burtini (the little guy in the avatar with me) went on eternal tour up in heaven on Friday. He was with us for about twelve years and the house feels empty without him even though we have another cat. And I'm not even a cat person.
The hardest part was having to decide to send him on his eternal tour. Here's to many standing ovations up there, Burtini!

My sincere condolences, George. Pets are like family, and in my experience, frequently behave much better than some humans. Making that final decision is terribly hard, but when one considers quality of life versus suffering, it makes sense to say goodbye.
You’ll be sad for some time, but try to remember and focus on all the good and fun times you had with The Great Burtini. All the best, Arthur |

Sorry George,
It is hard to imagine how much we love our furry friends! He was loved and knows he was loved, that is important! Bruce |

Many condolences for your loss. I lost my dog, Iago, 40 years ago. I still think of him, and have talked to him in my dreams! Lynn
