The ‘previous page arrow’ always sends me to the ,Welcome to the Café section.

If you are using an iPhone it always will. At least that has been the case for me. I have noticed if I read all the new posts within a section and then hit the back arrow, it does not always go back to the top. I have no problems on my Android Galaxy Tablet or my Microsoft Surface 3.
