Hello everyone. I'm looking for footage of what is called the strip tease illusion or the shower by some and even bathing beauty. The trick where the female assistant goes into a cabinet, "dressing room" or "Shower" and undresses behind a curtain only for the curtain to fall and reveal the assistant has vanished or transformed into someone else. Also, what magician regularly uses this trick in a show?

We recently saw a live performance of the stripper cabinet by Keith West and the Illusioneers with Lance Burton. It was a MUCH refined version of this: https://youtu.be/OmjDBATHQGI.

Flinn2, that illusion is an idea by the late (deceased) great Karroll Fox, it is published in his Perfect bound book. I made it up once and tried it out, but it kind of fell flat, probably better for a stage party show.

Karroll's illusion, the assistant would go in a tube of cloth, then the magician would make magical gestures toward the tube. The girl's arm would stick out holding verticals of here bikini, Then when all the clothing was give to the magician, he put them in a beach towel.

The tube dropped and there standing was the girl in a bikini, the magician opened the towel, and all the articles of clothing were gone.

Mark Kalin's version was fun when they did it in Carnival Of Wonders. I loved that show.
